These Terms of Service govern your use of PESVerse. By creating an account, joining a universe, or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

PESVerse helps eFootball communities organize universes, clubs, competitions, live drafts, squads, standings, transfers, and match history. PESVerse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Konami, eFootball, Discord, Sony, Microsoft, Valve, or any other platform holder. PESVerse is also not affiliated with any similarly named creator, channel, or organization.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping sign-in access secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may not access another user's account or impersonate another person.
• You must be old enough to use online services in your location.

Community Content

You and your communities are responsible for the universes, club names, competition data, profile details, messages, and other content you add to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, process, and operate that content inside PESVerse. You should not upload content that violates someone else's rights, exposes private information without permission, or breaks the law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not harass, threaten, abuse, or target other people.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service for spam, fraud, malware, or illegal activity.
• Do not evade bans, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to keep PESVerse reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or preserve every record indefinitely.

Termination

You may stop using PESVerse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service unlawfully.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for disputes between community members, tournament results, platform outages, game publisher changes, or decisions made by universe administrators.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PESVerse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or use.
