To request account deletion, use the contact form below. If you are signed in, your account email is pre-filled automatically. We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request.

What To Include

• The email address on your account.
• Your username or display name, if you have one.
• Any universes you own or administer.
• Whether you want the request to cover privacy deletion, account closure, or both.

What Happens Next

1. We acknowledge the request and verify that you control the account.
2. We review ownership, admin roles, active competitions, and shared records.
3. We delete, anonymize, or detach personal account data where appropriate.
4. We confirm when the request has been completed or explain why more time is needed.

Shared Community Records

Some records in PESVerse belong to a shared universe, such as match history, standings, competition results, transfers, and draft history. We may retain or anonymize those records when needed to preserve community history, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect other users.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or requires additional verification, we may need more time and will let you know.
