Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, avatar, username, authentication provider, and sign-in identifiers.
• Profile information you choose to add, such as timezone, Discord username, Xbox gamertag, PlayStation Network ID, or Steam username.
• Community and gameplay organization data, such as universes, clubs, competitions, squads, draft activity, transfers, match results, and administrative settings.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as session records, security logs, IP address, browser information, and error diagnostics.
• Aggregate traffic information, such as page visits and referrers, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics if it is enabled.
• Product usage data, such as pages visited and features used, collected through PostHog analytics only if you give consent via the analytics banner. No session recordings or advertising data are collected.

How We Use Information

• Provide sign-in, account, universe, club, competition, and draft features.
• Show profile and community information to other members where the app expects it.
• Prevent abuse, debug issues, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
• Understand high-level traffic patterns and improve the product, using aggregate analytics and consented product analytics data.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Cookies And Browser Storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage for essential purposes such as authentication, security, session management, and product preferences. We also use local storage for analytics (PostHog) when you consent, and to remember your consent choice. Cloudflare Web Analytics, if enabled, is used for aggregate traffic measurement without browser cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, operate, and support PESVerse. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain community records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Some shared competition or match records may be retained or anonymized to preserve league history after an account deletion request.

Your Choices And Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal information where applicable law gives you those rights. To make a request, use our contact form or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

PESVerse is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or by another appropriate method.
